The book brings together sustainability science and business agility to examine how organisations can become more adaptive, resilient and capable of responding as conditions evolve.
It addresses not only sustainability strategy, but the organisational capabilities required to execute it: leadership, culture, decision-making, investment, collaboration and continuous learning.

As Chair of the UC Sustainability Network in Europe, I bring together faculty, alumni and practitioners to explore sustainability challenges from different perspectives. It provides a continuing exchange between research and practice, strengthening how I think about the organisational, systemic and human challenges involved in sustainability transformation.
